KIWI Agency LLC provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to digital advertising management, campaign optimization, content creation, and process automation. All our services are delivered online and do not include physical products.

2. Fulfillment Policy

As our services are digital and tailored to each client, service fulfillment is considered complete once access has been provided or the service has commenced. We will specify in client communications when a service is deemed delivered.

For recurring services or ongoing contracts, fulfillment occurs on an agreed-upon schedule, and reports or updates will be shared accordingly.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or the service has been delivered. However, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• If the service has not been initiated within the agreed-upon timeframe.

• If the delivered service significantly deviates from the agreed contract or initial proposal.

• If a technical error on our part prevents proper service delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery and sent to info@wearekiwi.agency with specific details regarding the issue.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service before it has started without penalty. For recurring services (such as monthly subscriptions or management contracts), cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@wearekiwi.agency and must include the service name and cancellation date.
